The staff is super friendly! I had an appointment with Irene (I hope I spelt it right) and she was honestly amazing! She could tell I was nervous because I had a horrible haircut when I was younger, so cutting it always makes me a little anxious and nervous. She reassured me and OMG I love my hair. It was very thick/ heavy and full of split ends, and she thinned it out, gave me beautiful layers and long curtain bangs. She was super friendly and I loved talking to her while cutting my hair. She is such a sweet person and I loved her vibe. 100% recommend and I will be returning sometime in Augus

Excellent. I came in in crisis - the person that did my hair at another salon completely ruined my balayage and made my hair RED when I wanted ash blonde. Bliss fully restored my hair, and I walked out with it looking healthier than when I had walked in. This salon is professional, clean, amazing staff, and the owner is a total gem that cares for his staff and clientele. I’d say this is the top salon in the West Island.. side note: I have curly hair and it’s REALLY hard to find a colorist and hairdresser that knows how to properly color/cut/style hair. Not an issue here. A must go!

First time there, was a bit disappointed by the greeting I received, hardly got an acknowledgement from the hairdresser that was closest to the entrance (to me), and their wasn't any receptionist at the desk at that time,8:15 am. This being said, I was very pleased with Sweeta, the hairdresser assigned to cut my hair. She was very polite, and listened to what I had to say. She did a good job. I am happy with my haircut, and will definitely go back.
