I haven’t visited the salon since Oct2019 The service was great as always! But the salon has lost its glam, the chairs are peeling and the beige color is pigmented from usage also the area near the manicure station looks like a mess with all of that furniture stacked.

Am so happy I didn’t listen to the low score reviews .. the place is shiny, elegant and cheerful . The staff are super friendly and thorough is explaining all treatments along with the cost to make it clear. As usual the quality of work was great by Olfa but due to shortage of staff the time management was a mess. Please try to VALUE the time of the customer. Olfa had to assign everything to the assistant(who had applied my roots color as well) to blow dry my hair and provide hair wash for a customer at the same time. It felt disappointing :( being ignored as a client as walk in customers were being attended....it will effect your regular clients...please try to improve this non professional attitude. Thank you

I was five minutes early and was welcomed to start my services immediately, the receptionist was friendly and professional. My foot treatment was relaxing and I enjoyed my experience with Simone and I liked the final result for my hair. However, I can not give five stars because I ended up paying double what I booked for because of the additional services I was not aware of ( beware of hidden prices!).
