This has been my first laser hair treatment session with Liz and i honestly cannot fault it. She made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole process from start to finish. After not visiting a salon for many years I made the move to visit after seeing all the other great reviews on here. I'm so happy I did! Gabi was lovely, friendly and helpful. She's done an amazing job on my hair that was massive chop and restyle. I was made to feel comfortable and walked out a smile on my face. I couldn't ask for more from a salon.

Had my very first treatment with Jane in her new beauty room based at Karen’s hair salon in chell all very professional her room Is lovey had the fat dissolve treatment in my chin I was a total nervous wreck but Jane was amazing so reassuring and I can honestly say it didn’t hurt and I’m a total baby will be definitely booking in again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! Went for an initial consultation and discussed a treatment plan, I stated the one I had in mind from my online research but Sharon advised a different course of action which would not only be better for my hair but save me money! Such a lovely woman, we have the best chats and feels like I’m chilling at home when I’m in her chair! Regarding my hair? The only way I could explain the miracles she has performed on my hair is if I could upload pictures (if I could I would) 😭 she really understands what she’s doing and also brings your vision to life better than you imagined!

I have the best time during my appt. My hair feel so much better and it needed some Treatments today to help strengthen and encourage growth. Claire always points out the areas we need to focus on and there is nothing better than a good cut. Really happy with the tones and style too, thank you so much Claire! X

Amazing as always, Sandra is the best. I have fine thinning hair and Sandra knows exactly how to enhance my hair using colours to make my hair appear fuller and more dense and she uses hair extensions sometimes for special occasions and nothing is too much trouble, she wants her client to leave the salon feeling and looking ten years younger, if she can do my hair and achieve that, she is like gold dust because not many hairdressers know how to enhance fine, thinning locks.

I visited for a haircut and eyebrow threading, and I’m really happy with the results exactly what I expected! The owner and staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They even offered tea to their customers, which I absolutely loved. I’m very happy from the bottom of my heart. Great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
