Olena is lovely and very professional. I absolutely love my hair, she did it just how I described it and I’m so happy for the result. On the other hand, the staff at the salon at Warrick house(2 upper Stanhope street) was very rude. I felt not welcomed at all, awful people. Would definitely recommend Olena but somewhere else!

I love coming to see Conner & Alex, they have opened the most gorgeous clinic! They always answer any questions I have (a lot) and always put me at ease! The laser hair treatment is amazing & I noticed a MASSIVE difference after 1 session! Love my Botox. Completely different to when I’ve had it done before, the feeling and how it looks! The future is bright honeys!

I would recommended skin base to everyone. Both Connor and Alex are both professionals, Great at what they do. Have knowledge the back up the theory. ( which some practitioners don’t) They are honest about treatments which I found great. I was looking for natural enhancement which I achieved perfectly from them. I’ve had laser tattoo removal and hair removal treatments also. I can’t fault them they are amazing at what they do. I’ve already booked back in with them. I’ve recommended them to friends and colleagues. All round 5 star service and recommendations.

First time coming here only for cutting my hair. I had a great experience so far, Elena is such a sweetheart. Definitely recommend.

This was my first intimate wax and Jane made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She used the Lycon wax and there was almost no pain, she took her time and talked me through the various stages. Post treatment my skin feels soft and there is no irritation at all. I'm so happy with the results.

I always look forward to my visit. Kelby and her Team are always genuinely welcoming. My hair cuts/blow dry are exactly what I ask for. A lovely feel good factor when you leave. Overall experience 10/10.

The wonderful hairdresser Elena did an excellent hair colouring for me. The salon was clean, comfortable, but quite cold. If you sit with a wet head, you can catch a cold. I recommend visiting

I have been a customer at Kelby Arno for 15 years. I would not go anywhere else. I went long during COVID and since then , I have been short blond Short grey and now a nice blond bob. Every one who steps through the door is made to feel special. Staff are very friendly and considerate. I get compliments all the time and asked who cuts my hair. It's Kelby, she great. She understands the way that my hair grows and if I ask for something that she doesn't think will work,she tells me straight. Great salon.x

Jane was amazing and so friendly, I’ve been here a few times now for a lycon wax and can highly recommend! The lycon wax is so much better, as the hair takes longer to grow back and the pain is so much less than a strip wax x

Jordan is so attentive, fully explains the hair colour treatment and process, thrilled with colour results and cut and blow dry, partner even commented best hair do ever!!!
