As always, thorough treatment by Nancy. Such a relaxing atmosphere always, never rushed. Feels like I’m walking on air after my luxury pedicure and nail varnish. The salon is always spotless and inviting.. All booked in for a facial, and luxury pedicure etc. for next time and a haircut in a few weeks .. the stylist and beauty therapists.. all great and friendly.

Gemma was very knowledgeable about curly hair. I explained what I needed/what my issues were and she not only cut my hair but gave it a quick wash and protein treatment. I love the new shape of my hairstyle and it smells great :)

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, My stylist listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and I felt completely at ease. This was my first visit to Gigi Vi and it won't be my last. The salon is beautiful including the room that i had my treatment in. I had a Signature head spa and ASRM today with Kresh, who was absolutely lovely. The treatment was amazing and so relaxing. 1/12 hours of pure bliss! It completely releases the tension in your shoulders and head which feels wonderful and has left my hair feeling soft and shiny. I can highly recommend this combined treatment and Kresh.

My first visit and Donna put me at ease completely. Looking forward to my next treatment. 😍

It was mainly good except I think it needs to be clearer upon booking that the Japanese head spa treatment for 2 is one after the other. Upon booking I was only given one time for arrival (12) and as I booked it under the "treatment for 2" I thought it was together or at least at the same time. The facial during the treatment was amazing, and I told the lady this. My skin felt very soft after. My hair also smells amazing. The halo water design was very relaxing. Both myself and my mum found the harder scalp brush to be too painful and pulled at our hair however. Still enjoyable experience
