She was very patient and she had taken the time to check my hair texture, lifestyle and personality. Getting a haircut can be anxiety driven especially when one has ALOT of hair much less thick strands, Theresa was very kind and welcoming that helped ease my nerves. From the moment I stepped into the building to when I got on the chair to get my haircut, Theresa was super friendly, professional, and was super communicative. I really liked how easy it was to book and how her form specified beforehand how I want our session to go (ex: sociable session, quiet, etc). I absolutely loved the experience. Her price is reasonable with everything that I got done today. I've always had "ok" haircuts but this was AMAZING. I totally cried from happiness Internally when she was done haha. I definitely recommend her and will be coming back and referring friends and fam.

Theresa is incredibly personable and freely gives expert suggestions and full information on aftercare. She made the whole process so easy! I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, so I gave a few main things I wanted (shorter, but long enough to tie up, something lower maintenance) and she gave me a haircut that was even better than what I could imagine. I'm now off to my summer adventures - hiking, climbing, and adventuring in lightweight and super stylish hair :) Theresa is willing to open up and I loved my time with her! She's my new go-to girl~
