First time visiting this salon after another salon left me with less desirable results and I needed this addressed as well as roots touched up. I was given clear expectations during my consultation and a plan of action was proposed. Bethanie looked very well after me and made sure I was fully in the know what was happening at any point during my appointment as well as checking regularly I was comfortable and happy. The end result is better than the expected and I’m very happy with it. Looking forward to coming back and working together on achieving the perfect colour when I’m ready.

Another excellent haircut by Rachel today. We tried a slightly different style this time which I was a bit anxious about (even though it was my suggestion!) but I put my trust in Rachel and she didn’t let me down. Thank you so much 😊💕
