Charley was professional and asked the required questions, she listened to what I wanted and was able to adapt And make a good decision on what hair was needed. She colour matched perfectly, she was also fab and advised me on the hair length and Grams of the hair. Can not wait to have the hair fitted 🥰. Highly recommended!!

Destiny is such a pure soul and such a talented hairdresser. She made me feel so comfortable, and she’ll listen to *everything* you say – explaining in detail everything she’s doing to achieve what you want out of your hair. I always opt for a sharp bob cut, and having frequented many a salon trying to get the right results, I can confirm that I’ve found the perfect place!

I brough in my two girls 11 and 12 to have their hair washed cut and blow dried as a treat as I was doing it myself during lockdown and since and thought they would like the experience. We went to Lucia and she was great with them both. She listened to them and what they wanted. She made them feel comfortable and they totally enjoyed the experience. She cut their hair lovely and it was exactly what they wanted and so they both want to make it a regular thing.
