Amazing! Had an appointment with both girls, one for my henna eyebrows and one for a half black half red hair dye with cut. Both VERY professional and VERY friendly! They make you feel very relaxed and welcomed! They never rush the process and put all their effort into what you have requested! I have also had an acne treatment session in which I have seen a huge difference from one session. Both daisy and lily talk you through the whole procedure they are doing which is reassuring. Both girls have sent me products to use after my session which has hugely helped! Would 100% recommend!!🖤🤍

I had a classic set of eyelash extensions. Daisy was chatty and friendly and her cat is adorable!!! The salon space is clean and tidy. It’s was my first visit but I would recommend her to anyone for beauty treatments.

I absolutely love going to Essence Hair treatment. The staff are friendly, professional and very talented. Had the nanoplasty for my hair. Nothing has worked to tackle my unruly, dry, brittle hair. But this treatment has done wonders for my hair. It feels nourished and revitalised. I always leave this place feeling better. Thank you for providing a superb service, best place in Luton for hair!

Had my hair done with Gurj for the first time but it felt as if I've known her the longest time, shes so lovely and so welcoming! I have been getting my hair done from this lovely lady since 2023. She has completely transformed my hair, it’s never looked better. I take my laptop, and can work throughout my appointment, i always feel comfortable, and feel Gurj really understands what I want to achieve.
