Tottie is amazing at what she does. My daughter has autism and usually struggles to open up around people she doesn't know but Tottie couldn't have been more fantastic with making her feel at ease and took her time to listen to what my daughter wanted. Definitely the most welcoming and inclusive salon in Lincoln. All the other staff are fabulous too from Shannon who does a beautiful job with my hair, through to the piercer Georgia and tattooist Dave

Tottie is amazing at what she does, super friendly and welcoming and helped my extremely shy daughter feel relaxed and at ease during her hair appointment and the end result has boosted her confidence so much. Definitely recommend for cuts, colours and any hair dressing needs

Tottie does great with my little boy for his haircut

Seriously the challenge my hair thickness length and overall coarseness presents, most struggle with it. But Totty did an amazing job, spent time and so much patience and just absolutely loved my time at The Collective it was a real joy having my hair done for once. Your awesome and so talented, love my vivid colours and the feel of my hair thank you!

Tottie is absolutely amazing. I went to my 'regular' hairdresser and asked if she was able to change my bright red hair that I'd had for 9 years to a split style brown & blonde hair. I was told this wasn't possible however after seeing Tottie she told me this was absolutely possible and after the first appointment I could not believe how much red she got out of my hair. I just had my second appointment and my hair is absolutely insane, the blonde side is BLONDE and the brown side is a gorgeous brown colour. Honestly I could not be happier with my hair 😍

Great haircut, was a lovely and comfortable atmosphere

I decided to make a big change with my hair and was very nervous about getting a fringe and wolf cut for the first time ever! Tottie was very reassuring and cut a fringe that suited my face shape and hair type. I feel absolutely beautiful, she is pure magic!

Tottie is so friendly! The salon is welcoming. She takes all my hair ideas and just runs with them! She is so good with my 2 year old boy as well and cuts his hair so well.

Tottie is amazing! She's completely saved my hair after years of me frying it with peroxide. She always knows how to get me the look I want even when I walk in clueless (which is most of the time😅). We've been through every colour in the rainbow and the Collective is hands down the best place to go for vivids!
