I was booked in with keeleigh for a balyage, toner and cut & style, a long job. Being 34 weeks pregnant I was expecting it to be uncomfortable but keeleigh was so attentive throughout my time, she moved me to the most accessible spot for toilet access, sorted out the air con, kept me refreshed throughout, even handed me a handheld fan and let me have plenty of breaks to stretch my legs. She is so lovely and I felt really at ease there all the way through. Unfortunately my hair didn't take to the toner so I wasn't 100% with the result but she offered to fix it another time for me. Thank you!

It was very enjoyable. Zara was very welcoming and she did a lovely cut wash and blow dry. I loved the hair wash with the comfortable sinks Will definitely return!!

I came to her with thin hair and really low confidence, and thanks to her skill and support, I now absolutely love my hair and feel like the best version of myself. Not only does she work magic with hair, but she’s also so great to chat to… every appointment feels like therapy! She’s truly amazing.

Tanya is a great hairdresser and I’m never disappointed. The facilities aren’t nearly as good as Annexx….. no atmosphere, hair washing area dark and damp, carpets grubby. Only one out-of-date magazine. Not the luxury experience that is marketed. Disappointing venue.

Anna did a great job on my hair. She did everything as I wanted and was warm and friendly. I also found the hair wash very thorough and invigorating. I recommend Anna and Changes in general as it has a nice, friendly atmosphere. I also didn't have to wait and was given a bottle of water when I needed it.
