I always enjoy my time with Adrianne and she is very professional and lovely talk to. I find it very restful at Marie Charles when having my hair done and enjoy having a cup of coffee too. This time though, I was disappointed to find that they had run out of coffee and was offered tea, which I accepted, but I never received it during my appointment, which I was disappointed at.

I always have a fantastic experience at this salon with Isla. She is kind, attentive and very skilled. I had a balayage yesterday and after going home was a little unhappy with lighter colour just on a small strand of hair at the front. This was sorted out by Isla the next morning without a fuss and without being made to feel like a nuisance, and I am very happy with the result.

For years, she's been my go-to stylist for crochet braids because she always does such an amazing job and is very knowledgeable about different cornrow methods for different types of extensions/styles. I get so many compliments when she does my hair, so I really appreciate her consistent professionalism.
