Beauty Beyond expectations, my experience at Loft is not unique though. each client is welcomed warmly into a lovely relaxing and comfy waiting area . My hairdresser, Masinda, took me to her chair (well lit, comfortable, elegant) as a ‘ curly hair specialist’’ ; she sure proved it. BEST cut I ever had in my life , with her professional recommendations I was able to buy all high quality products that would keep my hair bouncy, healthy and shiny forever more! Nicest surprise was at checkout, I expected, with all that I gotten to add up to much more money.

Crystal offered an amazing experience with the head spa treatment, I’ve never felt more pampered! Postpartum scalp care has been a struggle, but now feels so much healthier. John also provided a great blowout at the end of the treatment as well. My scalp and hair have never felt so good!

Vickey is the sweetest!! It was my first time doing laser hair removal and she was more than accommodating and made the process very comfortable! Very thorough with what was happening and what what was expected, definitely recommend!!

The staff were very welcoming from the time I had called to book an appointment and couldn’t get one for the time that I was in Niagara Falls and so they put me in a waiting list and I was so ecstatic when they called to say they had a cancellation. I had the Diamond Head Spa Treatment, it was exactly what I needed, so totally relaxing and amazing…. We all know how great it is when we go to the Hairdresser and have our hair washed, it’s never long enough, well this was an hour of that! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Athena's. Kaitlynn cut my hair and did an amazing job! She was incredibly friendly and is very skilled at her craft. Her attention to detail was on point and she gave me the EXACT haircut that I asked for which is so hard to find these days. I will DEFINITELY be returning for my next haircut and to get my lashes done. 10/10 recommend!

I just had my first Head Spa with Crystal. I felt bad pampering myself. Let me tell you, that guilt went out the window fast. I have never felt so relaxed. She explained things, was wonderful to talk to and fell comfortable with. The products she used all smelt amazing, tools, techniques. I can't praise her enough. She showed me the right shampoo to shine up my dull gray hairs. Plus the Japanese mint oil roller they sell. Literally you need a dot from the roller. When I leftnI booked another in 2 weeks. Wonderful all around atmosphere, staff, smells, sounds....just go yourself

I love the friendly staff, atmosphere and great massages. We all have our favourites, but they are great MT's. Athena makes you feel like part of their family. They offer many other services- hair, manicures, pedicures, lashes etc. A one stop shop. I love they have a second location -Heaven's Hair Studio.

I have never been dissatisfied with the level of professionalism here at the loft. My granddaughter had gone to a mall salon months ago to colour her hair blonde. I booked her an appointment with John to show her the lofts level of expertise. Was not disappointed. Thank you John!!
