This was the hairdressing experience I have been waiting for. The friendly amazing staff with so much knowledge make this the most amazing experience. I cannot put into words the positive energy of these women and this small local business I will absolutely be a returning customer All are made so welcome and so looked after by staff that honestly care about their art. Amazing hair cut and experience with Lexie. My hair was so wild, long, dry and damaged. Lexie looked after me and with a a couple of different treatments and had a massive cut done. Feel amazing and fresh.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars absolutely would. I want to say it was aweful, so I can always get a booking, but the salon, staff, the hair style and color was so amazing. Great vibe, vision, knowledge and results. 10 stars for sure.

Hello, I'm a mature lady who lives in Tropical North Queensland. Walking around Cairns I observed how shabby and shaggy the average person's lanky, long hair looked. Then horror of all horrors I saw a reflection of myself in a shop window. I was also one of the "shaggiest"! This lead to much researching of the total 40 odd hairdressers in Cairns. I needed an updated style that would show my femininity. I found Lexie at Vault Ninety One. If I moved to Timbuctoo I'd travel back to this truly talented stylist who has made my hair and my life brighter.

After eleven years searching for a hairdresser who understands fine, thin hair and the style that is sophisticated but easy to manage I found her in Lexie. And I look about twenty years younger. Lexie has very special talents in colouring and styling. As an extra bonus the two other hairdressers in this exquisite salon with ultra comfortable chairs also styled their client's hair to perfection. I'm chuffed and excited to be me again Thank you Lexie.

Maddie took care of me during my initial visit and I couldnt have been more satisfied. The banter, the style, the cut, the service all worked together to make me feel relaxed, pampered and feeling fly by the time I left. Money well spent :)

Hayley did an absolutely awesome job with my curly hair! I’ve never had my curls look so good walking out of a salon. Very lovely and excellent service, definitely coming back!

My experience with Emily was excellent, great at head massages, attentive, friendly, attention to detail and a talented hairdresser. Vault 91 has a great aesthetic, and my overall experience was excellent. My hairstyle that I chose was radically different from my previous hairstyle. The cut I received was good but not exactly what I wanted. I just envisioned it different to how it turned out. It's still a good cut but I need to experiment with it. Overall I'm happy with my style and my experience.

Amazing. Lexi is the bomb. She goes 110% to make sure your hair is perfect. Hair health is her number one priority, so you can trust your hair will come out looking healthy and gorgeous!

I’m on a massive journey from having black box die and now wanting to be blonde, I had 1 hair appointment before Hayley so I expected to walk in today and still not have decent coloured hair. She has absolutely exceeded my expectations! I’m a nice natural golden blonde, the red and orange tones are not there!! She created a materpiece and absolutely blew me away!! I’m forever greatful, I’ve needed a change like this to my hair since forever, and she has given me so much confidence so much happiness! I was screaming with excitement when she completed it.
