Ingrid is the best. Great haircut, she pays attention to detail, and takes care of my eyebrows, neckline, any stray hairs on my cheeks and ears, I get a nose wax, she makes sure I look great before I walk out the door, the only person that appreciates her more than me, is my wife.

Ingrid always does a great job, she is very detail oriented, I came in for my monthly haircut, and bi monthly nose wax, guys if you are not getting your nostrils waxed, you are missing out, your significant other will appreciate it. No matter what "look" I've thrown at her, she not only has nailed it every time, but she has done it while providing one of the best customer service experiences I've received, period. Whether it's something small such as the greeting shown as I enter, providing refreshments while I wait or extra services even on late appointments, she not only does an incredible job but does it in a very professional manner.

I'm very happy to have found Ingrid. She is very friendly, professional and always responds quickly to me whenever my schedule changes. The haircuts are amazing. Great service in a safe environment. Masks are worn by the stylists and customers. Temperatures were taken at the door and sanitizers were given out. Keeping everyone safe was definitely a priority. I highly recommend to book an appointment with Ingrid she is the best!
