I’ve been going to her headquarters for years. Meredith just seems to have the knack for the best hair experience ever. It is well worth my trip from Albuquerque to drive to Colorado Springs.

The experience was amazing from the minute we walked in the door. My daughter had her first curly cut (5 years old) and Lilli was awesome. She was kind, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything and asked my opinion as well on how I would like my daughters hair to be cut. She shared her knowledge along with tips and suggestions that we definitely will work into our hair routine. Thank you Lilli for everything, you have definitely gained a loyal customer.

Carrie is very knowledgeable about curly hair. She gave me some great advice for how to care for my curls and was even able to help me find some products that I am not allergic to. I feel that with Carrie, I am now on a path to getting my curls back to what they were several years ago.

We got our 3 year old daughter’s FIRST haircut with Lilli! She was timid at first, but Lilli made her feel so comfortable and she had such an amazing and fun experience! She talked about the fancy hair salon for days. Lilli educated me on her curly hair and recommended a great product that I’ve been using ever since. 10/10 would recommend bringing your kids to Lilli, and don’t be afraid to ask questions!! She holds so much knowledge that makes a huge difference in the entire experience.

Lilli taught my wavy haired daughter how to take care if her hair and keep the frizz away! She was great at making sure to tell her, show her, tell her again and then went over the products we got and how to use them. It was a great learning experience for this straight haired momma too! I feel like I can help her tame the frizz if she isn't doing a great job at it!
