I booked an apt for 9:15 at the Londres location, which they confirmed via text for this time and location. However, when I arrived I was told my apt was at 10 am at another location. So just contact them and confirm your time and appt because there is obviously issues with the app and booking but nevertheless, they were able to make it work. Daniella did my hair and was such a delight! She had great customer service and listened to my needs and delivered amazing results. Have already recommended her to friends and will definitely come back.

I got a short women’s haircut with Atsushi, and I am quite happy with the result. He listened carefully to what I wanted and really took the time to understand my hair before beginning the cut. Rita was really kind and saw me earlier as i was 20 minutes early to the appt. Came for a holiday to Lisbon and wanted to have a haircut. I have curly hair which needs to be cut different to straight hair. Rita cut my hair in layers and I loved the way she maintained the curls. She is very good and passionate about her job. Highly recommend her.

Foi bastante dedicada para resolver o problema deixado pela colega anterior. Só é pena terem deixado o cabelo neste estado, era perfeitamente evitável se tivesse havido um bom diagnóstico. Contudo esta colega tentou ao máximo eliminar o cabelo queimado. Apesar de não ser possível eliminar tudo, ficou muito melhor. Obrigada.
