This was my first visit and I can say definitely not the last one. Hairdresser Inga welcomed me with great customer service and smile. We talked about my hair condition and what we can achieve. She did brilliant job in my hair style. She has a lot of work experience and knowledge as we spend a lot of time chatting about colouring my hair, so she explained what would look good and why. Inga is very friendly and I felt comfortable around her. Will highly recommend. And I will be back to colour my hair.

Lindsey was so lovely, I was nervous about having my one year olds hair cut after a bad experience previously. She was so patient, took time to distract him, and made the experience an enjoyable one which I didn’t think was possible!

Had my first Japanese spa with lucy and I didn’t know want to expect but my god I could lay there all day and let lucy do that! She talked through what she was going to do and it was super relaxing. My hair has never felt so clean and soft. Still 2 days later it is shining and feels weightless! The arm and hand massage is lovely bonus. Well done Ellen and the team for constantly ensuring they are on top with the needs of there clients!! One stop shop!

I would like to share my best experience at Priya Define & Sculpt.This is the best experience ever I had. She is such a nice personality and how friendly she is. I’m so glad that I had an appointment with her and actually she did a great job. I booked the appointment for butterfly textures haircut and highlights with dark blond. I really really loved her work. I’ve never been happier than today. Actually she gives us so good tips and after this colouring how to care about it and etc. I would really recommend her for doing. Xenon is INCREDIBLE. So funny, considerate and talented. He took his time to meticulously blow dry and pin my hair to get the look I wanted. He went the extra mile with finishing touches to make sure I left looking perfect. He is the best at what he does and it makes sense why he’s always booked and busy!! Stunningggggggggg!!!
