Lucy did an amazing job with my highlights! She gave me realistic expectations with how blonde I could go in that session but completely exceeded them. She has so much knowledge and took her time explaining everything to me. I love her salon and Lucy herself was lovely! Already booked in for the next appointment!

I saw Rachael for the first time today and I’m so glad I did. She was utterly wonderful to talk to and I felt very relaxed with her. I haven’t had my hair cut for a long time and found it hard to know what was right for me. Rachael was super patient and supportive, helped me to find a style that would tick all my boxes and I left feeling and looking so much better than when I had walked in. I will be booking again for sure. The natural products were a must for me but I didn’t know if I would find the right person too. Rachael was brilliant - I have. Don’t hesitate to book a slot with her.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Rachel listened and guided me on the right hairstyle and cut it to perfection. I love that they use natural, sustainable, eco-friendly products. It’s good value for money too. And a lovely little salon tucked away in Horsham.

I love going to see Rachael! The Natural Hair Studio is a lovely salon in the heart of Horsham town, where along with Glen, Rachael only works with products that are natural hair brands, and are chemical free, meaning my hair stays fresh! Rachael has now got me into a regular, affordable routine with my hair, so I am having regular cuts and colour, with the odd blow dry (and toner if needed) throughout the year! The 'trash' TV goss is always good too ;-)

Lucy was great! I always feel a bit awkward at salons as I don’t get my hair cut very often but she put me at ease and was really easy to chat with. She asked what I was after and what I liked/disliked about my previous cut so we could discuss what to do. Love that she recommended less layers at the back to make my hair look and feel fuller. Overall a great service and would be happy to visit again for future services. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my haircut and colour. Glen gave me the exact style and look I wanted. This was my first visit to this hair studio and I am always nervous when I have my haircut somewhere new but I soon felt at ease with Glen as he was very professional and gave me good advice about my hair.
