I had such a fantastic first experience of a salon at The Root. Sarah was so lovely and very welcoming. I went in bored of my long hair and wanting a big change, but didn’t really know what would suit me or the sort of thing I wanted. Sarah took me through her idea whilst asking questions on my hair to ensure she used a shampoo/conditioner combo to suit my specific needs. Each product Sarah used she explained why and they all smelt divine, I can’t stop smelling my hair now! I am SO happy with the end result Overall an amazing experience and I can’t wait to return for all my hair needs now!

As always a great haircut

Amazing experience with Clare. Made my hair feel 100% again, got to try lots of Davines products. Such a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back.
