Kim came highly recommended, but she was better than we could have dreamed of. The nicest, most caring stylist I have ever met. She took the time to listen to my daughter and get to know her and it was great! I would highly recommend her and this salon. The products she has are also reasonably priced, which was refreshing. Ecstatic about my hair. Kim is so down to Earth and pleasant to be around. She’s given me a whole new appreciation for my natural curls. She is so willing to teach and share her knowledge so that you can manage your locks on your own. Her thoroughness and tenderness is not something that you’ll get just anywhere. Lots of women go to a salon in search of feeling new and Kim will definitely make sure you leave feeling what you were in search of and then some. Thanks a million times Kim !!!!!!!!

I had a great first experience at Roots Radical North with Kim. She is personable and knowledgeable of all things curls. She spent time listening to what I wanted/didnt want and was also realistic in making sure I didn't get something that wouldn't work for my curls and hair type. Kim is the absolute best with hair , she carries such good energy, very zen like (just like her podcast , Zen and the art of shampoo) and extremely skillful, effective and tailor your hair cut according to what suits your needs .

I wish I lived in the area and wasn’t just up here for work, otherwise I’d go to Kim all the time! So worth it.
