Love the friendly vibe here - all of the team are so nice and have a great working relationship with each other which makes it really open and lovely! It’s the first haircut I’ve had where I didn’t feel like I was in an allotted time slot or getting rushed at the end! Kirsty took her time to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it and she wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect.
