Petra was wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable not only in the salon but in the city. They listened to my anxieties and concerns about my hair and thoroughly explained what they could do to to correct my haircut and set it on a better path. They were calm, reassuring and communicative. They didn't take my anxiety personally and went at the pace I needed, pausing when I needed to clarify anything and were unbelievably patient. I'm so happy they were suggested to me and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

It’s one of the only salons open on mondays and my teen needed a cut before a big trip. The stylist (I can’t remember her name!) was so attentive. I think this is the best haircut my daughter has ever had. We will be back !
