I had a manicure at BOA Beauty Bar in Somerset West and overall, I’m happy with the result – my nails look great and the therapist was friendly and pleasant throughout the appointment. That said, I did feel the experience was a little rushed and a bit more attention to detail would’ve made a big difference, as I had to ask for a few nails to be reshaped because they were slightly jagged or uneven. That aside, I appreciate the service and the therapist's effort, and I’d still consider returning. With a little more time and focus, the experience could go from good to amazing.

The staff as well as the owner are always friendly, sweet and make me feel like royalty. The massages were heavenly, and the attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend these ladies! I usually get my nails done every 3 weeks, but was away on holiday and after 4 weeks, not a single chip or peel. The Fresh Coat was recommended to me about two years ago after a lot of disappointing manicures at several different places in Somerset West. I have now been a happy customer for almost two years at The Fresh Coat. They get it right every single time. My nails look good and the gel lasts. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.
