Cam killed it again!! Yall gotta book an appointment. She's the only nail tech I've been to that actually takes her time and asks if you genuinely like your nails as she goes to make sure you get the best service possible!

Absolutely love Cam! She's the most patient person and actually cares about doing your nails perfect. This is the first time I didn't have to fix my nails after I left the salon and I love it.

Cam is a rockstar nail tech! Not only did she give me a fantastic pedicure and beautiful Gel X nails, but the salon was impeccably clean, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming. This was my first visit, and I'm already hooked! Cam's attention to detail and willingness to educate me on Gel X made the experience even better. I'm definitely going to be a loyal client from now on!

Got gel x nails and one fell off the next day and the way they were put on looks like I already need a fill. This was my first time but last time there.

Tammy was quick and efficient! She made my nails look fantastic. I had gel-x done and she did a pink and white ombré color. I received a ton of compliments on my nails!! Thank you Tammy!

I loved it so much… the people are super nice and a fun atmosphere. They are up to date with the new trends, designs and colors. I pay a little more then usual because I needed to get the hard gel that was on my nails removed which is expected. But will definitely go back… Amy was my tech she was amazing and very nice

This place is where I always go I never have any complaints about my nails, they’re the only ones I’d trust… BUT my toes are a different story!! I went for my first pedicure with them yesterday and it looks so bad I won’t be wearing closed toed shoes!! I added a tip and it looks like a pinky toe mail on my big toe and I have white gel Polish all over my skin around my toes like a 3rd grader did them. I’m embarrassed to show my feet and I just got them done! Never been so disappointed. I’ll continue to come here for my nails but never my toes

Full set, coffin and gel polish took hour and a half. At a glance the nails look fine but I’m definitely not happy with what I got considered I paid almost $80 including tip. Nails are very thick and uneven. Everyone was very nice though

Such a great experience at Flex-I Nails. Can’t believe I ever walked by this place and never went in. I had Sophia as my nail artist. Top charts amazing, she made sure I was okay with everything and explained how the Gel X worked. 10/10 would recommend.

I found Flex-I Nails on Instagram because where else do you find the best nail artist in town? Their post were excellent and regardless of treatment the outcome always looks great. Unfortunately most experiences here have fallen short. Our first visit the tech over sprayed an ombré French tip. The tech didn't try or offer an acetone pad to remove the excess paint from the skin; forget the paint that got on my black blazer. I scheduled a Gel X mani online and was assigned to Vince. However upon arriving I was assigned to someone else, which is fine as I knew no one. Everyone was nice and the salon wasn’t very busy so it was a calm environment. I have no idea the woman I was assigned to as she ever told me her name, but I wouldn’t recommend her. She filed my nail beds too thin and applied the gel too thick as my nail beds were on FIRE. First time at this salon & won’t be the last!! Alex did a phenomenal job on my long natural nails. Very gentle & detail oriented every step of the way. My big toe was broken, so he applied gel x on it to give it the perfect shape until it grows out. The most expensive salon I’ve seen, but you’re leaving 110% satisfied, which isn’t the case for other salons. I love how they truly take their time with designs & can recreate a photo exactly. I’m pretty hard on my nails and, whenever I get gel x from other salons, they pop off in a few days. The gel x from flex-I, however, last me 3-4 weeks every single time! They are always beautifully done as well. Every time I’m in Orlando, I go out of my way to make a trip to this salon.

The atmosphere here is great and I love my nails! Lily did my gel extensions today and I could not be happier with the results! She explained the process to me and was super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

While my experience was nice and customer service was great, it was overpriced for the quality of work. After just a week and a dayfrom my appointment, a whole paint (gel) came off and almost a second nail came off. This has never happened to me so fast. My hair was getting caught under multiple nails which is how the middle and point finger paint came off. This is sad for me to say because of all the nice pictures there are online and the cute atmosphere and kind employees but I’m sad from the work and price. First photo is right after appointment second is today.

I booked for the gel mani and pedi for $58. I added nail art so I expected it to be a little more than that. Total price before tip was $73. My nails look good but they are not transparent with their pricing.

5 fucking stars! Honestly I usually hate getting my nails done but lily is amazing and has great energy. It was my first time yesterday and I had a soak off from a previous nail tech who tried to “fill in” gel x. Lily soaked them off and gave me such a beautiful fresh nude set. I have been getting non stop compliments! I highly recommend this nail salon and lily. I honestly don’t see myself going to anyone else again. Period. Not to mention how sweet and funny the other techs were. Truly a great experience.
