Always a pleasure to see Grace. In fact all of the girls in the salon are lovely, very friendly. Filled me full of tea, latte, hot chocolate & even a cheeky slice of cake on my latest visit :) The new salon is beautifully decorated and very clean and tidy. Came for blonde balayage and tape extensions and the result is amazing. I have received so many compliments about my hair, I am over the moon with it

Came for a spruce up for a Charity Ball today. Had my eyelashes tinted and curled, eyebrows tinted and shaped and then chilled with a gorgeous hot chocolate while Louise sorted my nails out. Three hours of total relaxation as I just switch off when I walk in the salon. I always leave as a different woman in more ways than one. Thanks Lou xxx

I've been going to Louise for about a year for my nails, every two weeks excluding lockdowns. I honestly would not go anywhere else now, every fortnight my treatment is tailored to what I need at the time whether it's extra cuticle work, extra moisturising for my extremely dry hands or intricate nail art. I look forward to my Saturday mornings with Louise, its like having a cuppa and a natter with a friend with the added bonus of a pampering. It's clear that cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority for Louise meaning even in these unprecedented times I have always felt safe visiting Prism. X

Yet another fabulous experience at Louise’s salon. As always, very Covid compliant but also still allowing for that luxurious pamper. Had my nails done for the first time with Louise and she certainly didn’t disappoint. Great choices available and Louise paid particular attention detail to ensure I was happy with the final result. Safe to say, this won’t be my last visit.

If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

I absolutely love visiting Louise for my treatments! I think she's great! So friendly and down to earth! She offers so many different treatments too. I often feel spoilt for choice! From the second Louise greets you, it's a lovely atmosphere, like going to see an old friend.
