Diane stood in for the person who was supposed to be cutting my hair and Diane was lovely and cut my hair beautifully - first visit

Having had an extremely stressful and most unpleasant and unprofessional experience in the past - Thalia has completely restored my confidence. Thalia has been cutting my hair for the past couple of months every 4 weeks and today I have had a full head of colours. My hair looks amazing and I am over the moon with the results. Thalia gave good advice and suggestions and listened to my requests. I would thoroughly recommend using House of Serenity and support a local independent trader in Ferring village. This should improve the condition of my hair, as Diane’s advice has made me realise I don’t need to do a full colour every time. This was drying out my hair! Lovely team at House of Hair. Very welcoming & friendly. Kayleigh cut my hair beautifully & Grace coloured it perfectly. I'd not been there b4 so it's difficult for a new hairdresser to get it how you usually like it. I'm very pleased with the colour & cut, thank you ladies. In spite of the awfully wet weather, Kelly did a brilliant job with getting my frizzy hair to be straight and sleek. I am always delighted with every aspect of my salon visits.

What a wonderfully friendly salon. I avoid going to get my hair done because I always feel so self conscious and uncomfortable, but my experience today was fab. I had to take 3 of my children along because they also needed their hair trimmed, but even when it was my turn, the staff brought out toys to amuse them and they didn’t make me feel awkward at all (even when my 4 year old got rather whingey at one point!). I’ve always left salons feeling like my hair is nothing like I wanted it, but today I loved the finished result. Will definitely be visiting again.
