Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lovely to have my nails done by a knowledgeable and flexible practitioner. I’ve had problems with allergic reaction to gel nails and Rhian was extremely helpful in advising the best option, but with other options if that didn’t work. Even a power cut half way through our session didn’t phase her, I still came out with beautiful nails! 💅

Rhian put me at ease straight away. She explained all the methods she would be using. Owen her son was a ray of sunshine 🌞 and added to the lovely atmosphere 😀 was offered a ray of drinks and sweets. Becky is amazing! I have been to other clinics for waxing and she is by far the most comfortable in terms of both customer service and waxing comfort. Today’s appointment was with Alysha for a gel manicure and again I’m very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend Parlour Fourteen enough. Amazing staff, great service and very friendly.
