had my brow lamination done by Lucy and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She did an amazing job—my brows look fuller, perfectly shaped, and so well-groomed. Lucy was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, which really put me at ease. The whole experience was relaxing, and the salon had a lovely atmosphere. I’ve already had compliments on my brows and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Lucy if you want beautifully laminated brows!

Katie is the best! I'm super particular with my lashes and she always takes the time to listen to me, to fully understand what I want, and she always makes sure that I leave the studio fully happy with what I've got. She's lovely, has the lightest hand ever and I even fell asleep in some appointments! Usually it takes a few months to make me feel fully comfortable and trust the technician enough to sit down and let her do what she thinks works best, but in less than one month I already know Katie will always have my back and make me look beautiful :) oh and the lashes last a long time too!

After years of putting off waxing down below after a horrible experience I thought I’d brave it and I couldn’t be happier! The wax was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be and I’d definitely go back here for another one. Couldn’t recommend Elyssia enough, she definitely knows what she’s doing in this area :)

Great gel manicure and waxing as always with Georgia

Therapist Georgia was excellent. The treatment beds should be covered with a suitable cotton ( or similar) covering for waxing treatments, not just the tissue paper covering that was used. It moves off the bed making it very uncomfortable and sticky on the body from excess wax and body oil used during the treatment. I hope in future they will consider using a proper suitable covering for the bed when waxing.
