A profound experience today! I thought I had a pretty good understanding of how connected the mind and body are, until my session with Alison today. The past few months I’ve been exploring deep and complex issues with work and have had no processing / decompression time. I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

I have just had a final session after first seeing Richard in December with massive amounts of pain in my back. Hannah is the best beauty therapist I've ever met. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my waxing treatments. Rooms are always spotless and comfortable and the booking system is incredibly easy.

Fitted me in for an emergency appointment. Left feeling in a lot less pain and after 2 days of rest and my body slowly adjusting it self from its treatment I feel practically normal.

Natasha was great! Had a deep tissue massage as I’ve been suffering from whiplash and wasn’t sure if this would help or be too painful to withstand. I’m so grateful to Natasha as it’s helped so much with the tension on the middle of my back. I can’t wait till I have the next treatment as feeling this has helped me with the stretches I’ve been shown by the physio to recovery. Just wish I had of had it sooner. Natasha concentrated on my upper half of my body and the pressure was firm from beginning till the end. Room was a nice size and warm. Thank you again Natasha.

Just finished my second treatment with Laurien and am starting to feel so much more flexible, even the missus has remarked that I am starting to walk more upright. If somebody had told me a year ago that therapy would work I’d have laughed at them cos I have tried everything. I had the full body Pinda Sveda Ayurvedic massage with Antonella which has relieved tension especially in my joints whilst also being very relaxing. Using the poultice bags felt lovely and warming against my body. Antonella listened and acted accordingly to my areas of concern.
