Anisa was great! She listened to my requests and then explained what she was doing. I did not want extremely dark eyebrows, so the tint she choose was perfect. I had not heard much about 'threading' vs waxing for my eyebrows and so once she explained, she let me choose which procedure, and I chose threading and am happy with the results. I will book with Anisa again.

I would have rated 'great' if I didn't wait for 40 minutes and felt the process really rushed. I understand that sometimes treatments can take a little longer than planned but and I did not mind the wait, but I felt my session was really rushed. I think it is not just the actual treatment that matters but also, how comfortable and relaxing the process is. I felt my beautician was a bit stressed and was juggling with a lot and that, made me feel anxious and rushed. The waxing treatment cost much more than in other beauty salons, therefore it really should be an excellent experience.

I don’t like that this email is asking me to tip Danika, as I already have. I also did not like them charging me full price when there’s a 15% discount special. I had to tell her, they should do it automatically.

I was in good hands with Jessie. She listened to my concerns and took such good care of my feet. A lovely calming foot massage. The red nail polish was beautifully done. My feet are so happy as am I. Thank you.

Today was a lovely pedicure. Thank you! A comment about my previous manicure (French shellac in May). The polish started to bubble about a week or so after. That was followed by cracks and breaks in the polish and in my nails. This had never happened to me in the many years of my getting shellac manicures. They have always lasted beautifully for weeks. And the problem did not happen on my feet (also French shellac). A woman next to me in May was having a shellac repair because of bubbling, so I thought you might want to know it happened at least one other time.

Emma was great and helpful choosing colours for my toenails. I am just sorry I did not get to experience a full pedi treatment. Emma Explained the process to a newby. Very informative and professional. Great smile. Thank you Emma
