She took the time to clearly explain potential treatment options for my arm, neck, lower back, and leg pain. I’ve been seeing her for less than two months and have had about five sessions combining massage therapy with cryotherapy. After just the second session, I noticed a real difference—significant reduction in pain and better mobility in all the affected areas. I even managed to run the Army 10-Miler. I highly recommend this place!!

Serki is an absolutely wonderful therapist. I have been suffering from chronic low back and neck pain for the past few years and have seen countless doctors, therapists, tried so many medications and different approaches but none have had the effect that Serki has been able to provide. I think it’s comes from her holistic approach of understanding the body to such a deep level, being able to target specific muscle groups effectively and helping to provide remediation whether that be stretches, exercise or rolling techniques that truly work. Serki is a godsend. I can never get enough of her skilled, knowledgeable massages. She knows what she is doing, she does it very well, AND I trust everything when I am in her hands. She will work out all your knots and tight areas, sometimes it hurts in the moment, but you will feel so much looser & more mobile the next day. Can't recommend her enough!

I booked a 75 minute massage with Patrick, and he was amazing! He really knows anatomy and how the muscles connect, and his technique is perfect for working out the deep knots and addressing any pain. I felt 6 inches taller after he worked on my shoulders and neck in particular. I definitely plan to book with him again.

Serki was amazing! The mobility I had after the massage was UNREAL. She found pressure/trigger points and tension in my neck and shoulders that I didn’t even realize I was holding. She answered every question I had and gave me recommendations on how to maintain the mobility outside of the massage sessions. The massage was great - I feel a lot looser, and Eli knew exactly what to do to target the muscles that were the issue. The one thing that bothered me was that, during intake, you made me sign a bunch of COVID-19 waivers, and I deliberately waited to come until I could comply with all of them. But Eli mentioned not being vaccinated and also didn’t wear a mask, which (I believe) is against current CDC and DC Public Health guidelines. Not an issue for me personally, but is for some other waivers I need to comply with and older people I see regularly. That’s added time and stress for me.
