I am 30 years old and suffer from a autoimmune disease. My joints and tissue have daily inflammatory issues. I came to Natalie for a back and chest massage and reflexology as I've been in paint for weeks with ribcage pain (costochondritis) It blew my mind how Natalie could feel through my feet, I have this problem along also feeling i get knee problems and menstrual cycle issues. This was my first time visiting I had heard positive feedback from word of mouth so definitely thought I should try it for myself. I treated me and my mam for Mother’s Day and even though we couldn’t get in a room together it didn’t matter the experience was amazing, Jess made me feel comfortable and went into great detail before the massage asking plenty of questions. The room is cozy, really reasonable prices and a very easy booking system! Will definitely be back for future massages couldn’t fault a thing I feel amazing thanks so much Jess for amazing service and massage :)

I had a treatment with Anna, and it was an amazing experience. The place is cozy and private, and Anna is a true professional with years of experience. She helps with many issues, not only as a great massage therapist but also as someone who truly listens. I received excellent advice and got to test her products. She is honest, kind, and direct, which I appreciated. I left feeling calm and well cared for. Finally, someone told me what really works. I highly recommend her and will definitely return!

Absolutely amazing full body massage by Sarah I didn’t want it to end

Deanna has helped us make sense of what is happening for our daughter and the impact of stress on the body. The acupuncture is really helping her make some important changes and supporting her physical and mental wellbeing too.

Had a couple of wonderful moxibustion sessions with Deanna. After being told baby was breech at 32 weeks and having the hospital pushing for csection or ECV, I followed my instincts and started researching more natural ways to help baby turn. After reading Deanna’s similar experience, she seemed the perfect fit and I was right! She was lovely and calming and explained the process fully and I came out feeling very relaxed and a lot more in control and trusting of my body. After 2 sessions, baby turned and I can’t wait to hopefully have another positive birth next month. Thank you so much Deanna

I had a Body Balancer treatment today and I absolutely loved it. I felt instantly deeply relaxed and I could feel the tension in my body ebb away. The treatment was really enjoyable. It felt like a gentle pressure as the machine inflated around different areas of my legs, ankles and feet. At the end of the treatment I felt like ten years of stress had been left behind! I also felt lighter in my clothes. I would definitely recommend this treatment. I am about to book back in for my next appointment as I can't wait to try it again!
