a beautiful experience with Jo. she does a thorough consult before the treatment begins and every session is completely tailored to your needs. she is experienced and knowledgeable and her room is warm and inviting, just like her! after the most gorgeous massage and reflexology, i walked away on a cloud feeling like a different human, as if i’d had a weekend away and not a couple of hours. thank you Jo, you are truly magic!

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

This is my second time and it’s just as good as the first 🥰 book that appointment!!

I had a hydra facial at Haylands and it was amazing! Lovely, knowledgable therapist, made me feel at ease and gave the best shoulder massage. 10/10 experience.

When I tell you this is the best experience please believe it! I felt so comfortable and it didn’t hurt at all 🥰 I would recommend her 10x over!!

A wonderful massage overall, I felt super relaxed following and during. Some small details missing which I’m used to (and are usually standard): - therapist didn’t introduce her name or ask for mine, would have helped in making the experience a little more personal - massage was lovely but did feel a little rushed in places. Therapist didn’t do the same things to different sides (probably just a personal thing - I hate my body feeling uneven) - I’ve never before ended a massage and not been offered a glass of water. It felt rushed at the end which is a shame considering I felt so relaxed.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

The Team have done it again. Thank you to Pooja for the most amazing one hour deep tissue massage. My body is feeling so light and as someone with fibromyalgia this has helped me immensely. I can’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you to Griselda for her beauty treatments today which were a real treat after a busy working week. Thank you so much to Rosie for the amazing transformation of Lilys hair. She is sooooo happy. The team are amazing. Thank you also to Kate and Natasha xx

Really love their head massages when they wash hair! Only wish they had magazines as it does get busy (as they are so popular) and it can pass the time.
