I’ve been coming to Matta Wellbeing for a few years now and every visit is as caring as the first. Eleni will take the time to ask you what your skin concerns are not just rely on what she observes. I go home with my skin feeling brand new and my mind and body extra relaxed.

Family have to have a very serious reason for me to reschedule a facial appointment with Eleni. It’s my precious me time to enjoy Eleni’s magical massage techniques and the results of a plump and glowing face for days. I have the best mini deep sleeps at these appointments and go home feeling so calm.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience this afternoon and couldn't be more pleased! I started with a foot massage with Nav, that was incredibly smooth and relaxing—so much so that I almost fell asleep! Arte, who took care of me for my treatment, was exceptional; I felt so at ease that I ended up dozing off halfway through the session. The entire process was meticulously handled, and I was genuinely well looked after. To top it all off, a cup of cacao afterward beautifully grounded me back to my body. It was the perfect end to a blissful experience. Highly recommended!

I had a relaxation massage with Toni - she was very knowledgeable and gave me tips I could do at home to help me reduce the pain in my lower back. The massage was so relaxing, I think I even fell asleep. The foot wash at the beginning was a really nice way to start the massage. The oils used helped to nourish my skin. I’m glad I found this hidden little gem in Seddon.

Lovely atmosphere and fantastic massage. I just did a 90minutes full body massage it was so good. Great pressure and hot stone massage included. Bed and face rest really comfortable too. Will definitely be back!

Thanks to Swetha l had a lovely relaxation foot bath massage and facial at Spa de Jour Seddon. Massage pressure was perfect and Swetha 's quiet, gentle manner is just right. Only thing I would say is that the Fresha booking system is quite confusing and frankly odd, having to pay a deposit when you have a voucher and then for some reason I still had to pay $3 or so at the end even though l should still have $20 left on my voucher? Swetha will sort it out l'm sure but the Fresha system seems unfriendly and unnecessarily confusing.

Highly recommend. Calm, beautifully clean space that makes you relax as soon as you walk through the doors. Separate rooms. I got the 1hr relaxation massage with Vivi, and she did an amazing job throughout my whole body.
