Booked a cut at UltiMitz Salon on a whim and left absolutely loving my hair! The space is gorgeous with a cool rock-studio vibe (plus the cutest cat 🐾). The best part was meeting Mitz — she truly listened to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and gave honest, caring advice without pushing unnecessary treatments. The result was exactly what I hoped for and more. Rare to find such genuine service in the city — I’ll definitely be back!

Good experience, with amble parking space, pre-booking is required even though they tolerate walk in, high attention to hygiene and the team are talented and easy to communicate with.

A great experience! It is a very nice, cosy, and extremely friendly salon. I went for the foot spa and kid's nail polish application. My 4-year-old wanted to come with me, and I decided she could go through with the nail polish; the lady was super friendly and careful with the application. Amazing first experience for my daughter. My foot spa was amazing, too, nice and relaxing. I love the nail polish and how the feet are soft after the treatment. Definitely I recommend the Elle et il! Thank you :)

Amazing place! Everyone is so welcoming and the space itself give such a fantastic, laid back vibe. It feels like you’re stepping into a special pocket and will leave feeling super refreshed. Rachel coloured & cut my hair today and she was honest, knowledgeable and gave me great advice as to what would suit me. This will definitely be my new regular salon.

I went in for a pedicure & foot spa. The overall experience was exceptional. I was greeted at the door and promptly looked after. Tessi was very thorough and pleasant throughout the service and did a very, very good job. Prices are also very reasonable for the service & the overall cleanliness and vibe of the establishment was top notch. I will definitely be coming back and trying more of their services.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! The space is spotless and incredibly well-ventilated—there’s absolutely no overwhelming polish smell, which makes the atmosphere so refreshing and comfortable. The staff are warm, attentive, and very efficient, delivering quick service without compromising on quality. What impressed me most is that you get exactly what you ask for, with no shortcuts and no mistakes. Everything felt professional yet welcoming, making it an experience I’ll definitely return for.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with the parking (which is quite a hassle). They were prompt and very good at the mani pedi. Space is clean and nice. I will be coming back again

Ever since coming to Gladys, I always book Jocelyn if she is available, why, there are many reasons. 1 main reason is she is fantastic at cuticle clean up -mani and pedi but also she truly gives you the space to relax. Thank you Jocelyn always. She is experienced and great at her job.

Sam has created such a beautiful, calming space. I leave each visit feeling amazing and relaxed. Leah always understands what I’m looking for and will always add a special touch to make the hair style and colour even nicer. Love this place 🤍
