Such a lovely experience, staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout my visit and would definitely recommend returning. The vibe is so relaxed and the environment fills you with ease . Will definitely be coming back for another massage

This was my first time visiting I had heard positive feedback from word of mouth so definitely thought I should try it for myself. I treated me and my mam for Mother’s Day and even though we couldn’t get in a room together it didn’t matter the experience was amazing, Jess made me feel comfortable and went into great detail before the massage asking plenty of questions. The room is cozy, really reasonable prices and a very easy booking system! Will definitely be back for future massages couldn’t fault a thing I feel amazing thanks so much Jess for amazing service and massage :)

Absolutely incredible. I was first little reluctant to switch my beauty therapist due to unavailability but I have no regrets. Courtney is an absolute magician! She started with a deep massage that immediately found knots I didn’t even know existed—seriously, I think she uncovered tension from past lives. She tailored everything perfectly, easing up where needed but still getting into all the right spots. By the end, I was so relaxed I half expected to float out the door. If you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing and can read your muscles like a map, Courtney’s your person. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was so relaxing, staff are really lovely, calm atmosphere. It was my first time having a massage experience with a facial, highly recommended! Waxing was very precise, feeling silky smooth! Will definitely be rebooking next time I venture back to Middlesbrough 😊

I lifted a large box three days ago and experienced lower back pain afterwards. I next look into whether there are any massage places near me where I may have a deep tissue massage to treat my pain. The most painful thing is that I can't sleep at night due to the pain. Then I booked a massage session with Jes. During the massage, I felt like I wanted to go asleep and be relaxed and serene. Fortunately, after a massage with Jes and a tablet of Anacdin, I am now able to sleep. My lower back ache is significantly lessening. Thanks, Jes!

She helps with many issues, not only as a great massage therapist but also as someone who truly listens. I received excellent advice and got to test her products. She is honest, kind, and direct, which I appreciated. I left feeling calm and well cared for. Finally, someone told me what really works. I highly recommend her and will definitely return!
