This was my first foot reflexology session, which was great. Suzi explained everything really well clearly. The session was very relaxing and eased some aches and pains. I would thoroughly recommend.

Had a full body exfoliation with Liz today and WOW. I arrived looking like a slightly weathered trekker and left feeling smoother than a dolphin in silk pyjamas. The treatment was incredible from start to finish, relaxing, professional, and my skin now feels ridiculously soft. I genuinely can’t stop touching my arms.
