I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. Had a relaxing session with Gemma today, leg massage and facial. Highly recommend this lovely lady 👍

So today was full leg wax, V mould and Swedish massage. Once again Gemma worked miracles, finding and releasing knots and tightness with the massage that I never knew existed. Waxing is never ‘pleasurable’ but Gemma is brilliant at making it as comfortable as possible. Highly professional whilst making you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended

I went to Serenity and Soul to have a luxury facial which also includes a relaxing head massage, this treatment was very calming and had great results. This was my first time coming here and Gemma was very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I will definitely becoming again.

Absolutely fabulous. I had reflexology this morning and it was amazing. I have been suffering with painful feet since developing peripheral neuropathy 8 years ago & it's slowly been getting worse. Why have I not tried reflexology sooner? Gemma was brilliant. She was friendly and welcoming from the start and I felt so comfortable and at ease. I explained the problem and pain I've been experiencing and she used just the right amount of pressure to massage my feet wonderfully. The setting was so peaceful and relaxing too. Gemma was fantastic as always. Full leg wax, v mould and full body massage. Waxing is never high on the list of ‘fun’ things to do but Gemma always makes it as pleasurable an experience as possible by making sure you’re comfortable and at ease all the way through the process. Massage was brilliant. Gemma was able to release several tension knots, constantly checking that everything was fine and I left feeling absolutely amazing. So pleased I found Gemma and have no hesitation in recommending her 🌟
