★★★★★ Had a fantastic experience at Nama Fiji HQ this morning. We booked a 90-minute full body massage and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The pressure was firm but still relaxing — not painfully intense like some massages back home where you feel like you've been hit by a truck afterwards. Just the right balance of working out the tension while still being enjoyable. The staff were wonderful and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. If you're in the area and thinking about booking, don't hesitate. Definitely worth it.

Had a great massage experience — gentle but still very effective. Sometimes massages can be quite painful, but this one was relaxing from start to finish with no pain at all. Very affordable and worth every dollar.

Wife and I did a couple's massage and rejuvenation package during our stay at the Tanoa International resort in Nadi. Keresi and Lu did a lovely job of making us feel welcomed and pampered. The massage and facial were a real treat! We definitely recommend booking yourself an hour or more with these lovely ladies.

Absolutely amazing experience! I went in for a deep tissue massage and left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The staff were so welcoming and professional, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, they really focused on all the areas holding tension and made such a difference. Not sure what the AC temperature was but it was causing my nose to get slightly blocked when having the massage and lying on my stomach.

Luisa was absolutely amazing! One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had and at such a reasonable price. The spa was very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got the couples massage my massage was with Luisa and his was with Zabiya they were both magnificent with just the right amount of pressure and relaxation at the same time. Vinaka vakalevu

Fantastic flexibility as a member of the team called in sick and there was a triple booking in place. And the massage was exemplary!

I went to BeautyLab twice while staying in Nadi. I saw Susana both times. I would recommend getting any of the treatments they offer. They are all well priced and very relaxing.

A very pleasant time. The back massage was amazing. Newly decorated rooms are beautiful. I had a hydration cocoon and it would have been good to have an explanation of what would happen.
