Anna’s massage is magic. It’s always a treat to get a massage from her. I do like her Mt. Helen setup better because the environment was quite relaxing. It tends to sometimes be noisy in Stockland and it mars the relaxing massage experience.

Abby the masseuse was amazing, without me having to tell her about the issues with my shoulders and back, Abby was able to instinctively work on those trouble areas was well as my tight hamstrings. 10 out of 10 hands down the best 2 1/2 hour massage I’ve had. I actually fell asleep it was the relaxing, no joke. For anyone with sport related injuries or just looking for an experienced massage therapist, this is the place to go to. Thanks Abby, fingers crossed we win the semi finals and I’ll be back to get ready for the grand final.☺️💪

Had a fantastic foot and leg massage!

My 12-year-old son has very poor posture from long hours on his phone and computer, including hunching and flat feet. We’d seen podiatrists before with little improvement — mostly just insoles and shoes. Dr Henry identified the real issue in the first session: weak leg and hip muscles from prolonged sitting, causing functional flat feet. After some targeted exercises, my son’s foot arch actually returned in the same session. Amazing result. We’ll continue the exercises at home together. Thank you, Dr Henry — see you next week!
