I had a wonderful experience getting my lashes done with Katelyn. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve always felt quite nervous visiting beauty salons as I often worry about being judged, but this experience completely changed that for me. Katelyn did an excellent job on my lashes – I really enjoyed the appointment. It was efficient and surprisingly quick, which speaks to her skill and professionalism, along with her friendly and easy-to-talk-to nature. I would highly recommend her services.

Very good facial however a little disappointed because when I arrived I asked for my eyebrows to be shaped but was told that the therapist who was doing my facial was not trained to do waxing. There was no consideration, no plan made to perhaps ask another therapist to do the waxing whilst the other therapist continued with my foot massage etc. I'm certain a little bit of thinking outside of the box could have resolved this. In addition, please can I ask that a lamp be used in the room as it is hard to relax with such a bright light overhead.

I have been going to Tam for Lamelle Alchemy Age Prevention Treatment facial and can I just tell you how amazing my skin is looking. I’ve been struggling with congestion and breakouts (mid life hormonal changes plus chocolate) and these treatments have transformed my skin. The congestion is absolutely minimal, and skin feels elastic and looks fantastic. I definitely recommend this treatment on an ongoing basis with Tamlyn.
