The service was very professional. The spa was extremely clean with upgraded amenities. The employees went above and beyond to make it a nice welcoming experience and even threw in some upgrades and a small gift for my birthday! Miranda was excellent. The sports massage, body polish, wrap and hydro facial were amazing. I feel very refreshed! She was very gentle, always checking to make sure I was comfortable during the service.

Amazing experience. Miranda did a great job for me having hydra facial and massage. I look like a different person after the treatment. I will share my photos later. I will definitely come back. In fact I already schedule my next visit. It is my routine now. Highly recommended.

This was my 13 year olds first facial. He said everything was wonderful and the extractions weren’t as bad as he thought it would be. His face looks so clear and moisturized. He really enjoyed his facial and will definitely make this a monthly treatment!

Gabriela at Body Frame Spa is one of the best aestheticians I’ve ever used. She customises each facial based on how your skin looks that month. I love all the tools and products she uses and the care that she takes to make you look perfect! 10/10 experience every time!

My first experience here. Booked a facial for myself and my teenage son (his first, needed extractions). They were able to accommodate us at the same time in the same room. This made both of us much more comfortable. We both got fantastic facials and our skin looks great.

I have had many facial services before, however my experience at Body Frame was absolutely the best . Geovanna took her time to explain and address all my concerns before she gave me the most wonderful facial.

10/10!!!! I did the couples deep tissue upper body massage + facial treatment. Both were immaculate. Felt the tension and knots leave my body during the massage and my face felt like a new born baby after the facial. Highly recommend!

Excellent hydra facial and scalp treatment with Thea! She did such a thorough job with cleaning my face. I added on a collegen face mask. I was in heaven. Very relaxed.

The massage was well done - my only critique for it is that the relaxing part at the end seemed a bit rushed, so less calm and relaxing. I wish my masseuse had put her phone on silent for the massage though; she even took a call toward the beginning. Also, although I had booked the more expensive deep tissue massage, she didn’t seem to know that at the beginning until I mentioned it.
