Kevin did an excellent job, and the facial lady was super sweet and caring. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay and was very attentive. I would definitely do the facial again with her I wish I had gotten her name, she was such a sweetheart and a true professional. The front desk assistant was also extremely helpful. She went above and beyond by calling me personally and making all the arrangements for me and my companion.

My experience with Aiden was phenomenal! It was my first time coming to Her Studio Hair Salon and I requested Aiden based on his senior status. I didn’t know what kind of haircut I wanted, I just knew that I wanted layers. I asked him to recommend a style for me and he said the butterfly haircut would suit me. I also added on a Kerastase hair treatment. Both the haircut and treatment + mask helped transform my hair so beautifully!!! I’m definitely coming back to see Aiden again! Thank you so much!

Went to the salon for the first time as someone does not speak Mandarin, and they had a translator who was super friendly. She asked me what I wanted and communicated to my stylist Kevin. He worked quickly and was very detail oriented. Overall I had a great experience here and would come back.

First time at HER Studio Salon by referral from my friend and I had a really good experience. As many others here have mentioned, there is a language barrier, but honestly it didn’t really matter much to me since Wilson knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I showed him a couple hair inspo pics. I chopped off 8 inches and was super happy with my new blunt cut bob. Thanks, Wilson! Can’t wait to come back for more treatments or coloring soon.

I was surprised that the hair salon didn’t have the typical chemical smell. They even offered Fiji water. The stylist did a great job cutting my hair, which is usually hard to manage. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience. I went there for a haircut. They listen to you carefully and provide you with the exact outcome. My hairstylist Wilson did a great job. At each stage they would ask me if I liked it or not. They have a lot of patience and do their work diligently. Overall a great experience.

I loved the hair washing experience. The lady washing my hair was very gentle and did some light massaging, which felt great. Jess was also a great stylist! I felt a bit nervous about the cut I wanted, but Jess reassured me and pulled it off! I love my new hair style now
