Lilly did great so I didn’t want to take off any stars. It was so noisy in there. Very hard to relax. Employees talking full voice in the back on and off. Customers so loud. Really bummed. I’ll have to try another place that implements a quiet zone.

Great service from therapist overall she’s amazing. I will give 5 but when I arrive it was a little confusing, I guess they don’t have access to see the schedule. I have an appointment and for a massage and a facial but because of the language barrier they couldn’t understand what I was saying, I requested to speak to the manager and they did get him on the phone. My first impression was that they should have some one at front desk to speak to the customer. It’s a nice clean warming welcoming environment. Invests in a receptionist be the top priority .times are tough.

Helen’s massage was amazing, took all my stress away. Amy’s facials was one of the best I’ve had! Thank you so much, I feel so much better and relaxed

The spa was clean and the customer service was exceptional.Lulu did my facial and my foot massage.Lulu did a wonderful job on both.I will be booking another appointment.
