Melissa was able to make me an appointment right away after I hurt my back. I trust Laura with my back. She always knows how to work on my tight muscles, and break up stubborn knots. Her technique is so precise and I definitely feel so much relief after my massage. Laura has healing hands! Melissa does my facial. She is such a fantastic aesthetician! She has a warm and welcoming personality. I leave the spa with my skin feeling hydrated and glowing after my facial. Highly recommend this place!

Melissa’s facial is the best! My skin feels hydrated and rejuvenated afterwards. I like how she really takes her time and explains everything and always ready to answer my questions about skin care. The ambience is very relaxing. Laura was my massage therapist and she always asks what are the areas that are bothering me. I like how she assesses the muscles and really gets a feel of it before working on the knots and tight muscles. The massage is just the right pressure and at the end of the massage, your body feels so relaxed and not sore at all. Both ladies are so pleasant. Highly recommend!

My massage with Laura was excellent! Staff was friendly and the spa rooms are clean and relaxing. A demerit is that the robes and slippers are not plus-size friendly, but this would not deter me from returning in the future.

We are local residents of liberty NY so we are 20 minutes or less away from a few spas but we will NEVER go anywhere else but Catskill mountain spa! What a fantastic experience! The building is beautiful and the staff are amazing at what they do! We are making this a frequent place to come to for now on!

I love the facial. My skin always looks amazing after. I really enjoy the mini massage that's included. I appreciate all the nice attention to detail as well. The warm, heated blankets, the music, the lighting, the lemon water and snacks all create an ideal spa experience.

Melissa is gentle yet thorough with skincare. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and effective facial.

Amazing experience. The facial was fantastic. The warmed table with blankets was perfect. My favorite part of the facial was the massage. My face, scalp, feet, and hands were massaged which was a plus! Will be coming back
