Krysta is such a delight. She makes you feel so welcome and keeps such a comfortable safe space for you while she pampers you with any/all of your needs. For me, even getting my booty hole waxed was a terrifying thing to consider but she walked me through it and made it the best possible experience one could have. It’s humbling being on a table in the spotlight but she didn’t make me feel judged. She made the literal most vulnerable situation feel safe. I had an amazing experience with Kyrsta I had recently gotten my eyebrows done at another provider and unfortunately, I lost a lot of hair on my eyebrows due to a product being on too long. Kyrsta was able to take care of me and do a semi permanent brow on me to fill in the gaps where I’m missing hair and still make me feel confident and like I have eyebrows !

Overall good experience getting my nails done, however at the end I was told it was cash or check only which was not communicated in the confirmation email or website, so I had neither! Definitely need to add this info to the confirmation info if you expect people to be prepared
