Best facial treatment ever. Betty is so lovely. Love, getting my facials at Beautiful Aromas, its always a wonderful relaxing experience. Since going to Beautiful Aromas, my skin is not dull anymore, and my skin is glowing, Hyperpigmentation is fading, and I have more even skin texture now. I always look forward to my treatments with Betty, she is the best.

The massage therapist listened to me, and the message was excellent; I could meditate while it was going on; we plan on even better next time, as I was able to tell them where else I was sore... And also, she gave me two warm towels, fresh and hot, and lovely nice scent, and a hot fresh ginger tea. Everything went wonderful. Very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere and treatment from the staff. I quite loved it. Not to mention, they have these little lollies, in wrappers, you can take one, I didn't have to ask, they were so nice at The Bamboo Spa. Lower Hutt.

This was definitely one of the best facials I had in NZ. The sports massage was amazing and highly recommended. 10/10

I am honestly so grateful to lovely Betty she is absolutely wonderful, I have been coming to her for my facials for few years now and she is the best. My skin is looking absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to everyone. The best.

I’ve always had good experiences here. Today was no exception. Puja was running late but they contacted me which I appreciate, it was only a couple of minutes and you know what the appointment finished well before it needed to because the efficiency was great - I even added in another service and Puja put that in no problems. I got my toes done and I am really happy with the shape. The colour was neutral grey so I hope I can try more of their colours

Today I had a 90min hard pressure massage with cupping from the amazing Phelina. I am always on cloud 9 when I go to Bamboo spa Lower Hutt and the ladies there are all incredible. I do also opt for VIP vouchers which work out far better financially, but also, you know that you are investing in yourself and always look forward to the next one. Thank you Bamboo Spa
