Avani was polite and welcoming. I am not from Auckland and thankful I caught a last minute appointment. Avani did try to consult what my hair would have benefited more from but due to restrictions with a plane to catch she understood and still did a good job.

Best massages in Auckland! Wonderful little touches that you expect in the high end spas, like real towels in the bathrooms and massage tables that feel like clouds. Have been several times and never had a bad experience.

I had a massage earlier with April and it was amazing. She was incredibly skilled, especially with the hot stones - I felt so relaxed the entire time. I also had my facial treatment with her and she did a wonderful job. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. April was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My partner also had a massage and facial with Jane, and he was very happy with his treatment. He said Jane was attentive, calming, and made the whole session feel really comfortable. His skin felt great afterwards too. Overall, we both had such a lovely experience!

The ambiance was soothing, with calming music, soft lighting, and a wonderfully refreshing scent that set the perfect mood. Massage: The therapist was attentive, skilled, clearly well-trained. The pressure was perfect, and I felt my tension melt away. By the end of the session, I felt like a new person—my muscles were loose! Facial: This was my first experience of Ozone steam facial. We had a great experience at the Remedy Massage and Spa. The staff were professional, friendly, and knew what they're doing. Best oils were used , even good facial oils for the face part... The atmosphere of the room was also serene and relaxing. We got offered lovely ginger lemon teas at the end too which topped it off for the day. Will definitely be going back, have recommended it to multiple people to already!!!
