Having missed out on an appointment with Justine last week (usually aim to visit Naturally Serene every week, but re last week I'd been somewhat...slow off the mark. & Justine's just that gifted/popular), yesterday felt SO lush! Turned out some points definitely needed deep-level attention/the treatment certainly went, & made, a deeper difference; meaning my ease of movement/energy levels were up (+ my general sense of "levelness"/calmness were noticeably better) during the day. Mmm, thanks so much hun; now to book my next session (asap!)...

Mmm, that Lava Shell Massage was lovely! Loved the...evolution (if 'tis the right term) from the Hot Stones massage (also lush), the heat really does make a difference/make that relaxation even deeper (definitely had a...spring in my step/felt "lighter" walking afterwards as well, since this Massage incorporates the legs 'n feet. You even found a muscle knot in my lower leg I'd not been fully conscious of!). See you for our next appointment soon Justine, thanks as always for everything.

'Twas a shorter (Hot Stones massage) treatment today (30 mins); however, 'tis just as effective! The Stone's heat certainly led me to feel an (even) stronger connection to your own energy Justine (which in turn of course helps with the healin'/general yumminess[!] of the session). Anyhow...another beautiful experience, cheers as ever. & amazingly, despite that resulting laid-back feelin', I was still (fairly) effective @ my work shift that afternoon...

Used the massage chair, rather than the massage table, for this (Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulders) appointment again; I'd not been feeling 100%, so being vertical 'twas more helpful/better than being horizontal...& the chair really does work just as well! Mmm, a lovely blissful insightful space...thank you for being here Justine, I'm looking forward to our upcoming sessions (including a certain new Lava Shell Massage...). Take care & stay well.

Having not had a Hot Stones massage previously (from anyone, to my recollection), I ended up feeling pretty...spaced out! Really relaxed, + gotta concur with such a massage being particularly helpful for broken bones fractures etc as well (picked up a double-fracture @ the end of last year); there was a difference. Felt like AGES since my last Naturally Serene massage (despite it actually just being a week or 2 without 1); lush to be back! Definitely felt a sense of...rebalancing/regained equilibrium, by the time we'd finished our Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulders session. I'd ended up having a rather rough week leading up to it, so especially needed the relaxation/"me" time.
